Exchange Policy

At Amardan, customer satisfaction matters. While we do not provide refunds, we do accept exchanges under the following terms:

  1. Eligibility

    • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

    • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

  2. Non-Exchangeable Items

    • Items purchased on sale/discount, or customized products, are not eligible for exchange.

  3. Process

    • To initiate an exchange, email us at feedback.amardan@gmail.com with your order details.

    • Once approved, the item must be shipped back to us at your cost.

    • After inspection, we will send the replacement product.

  4. Damaged/Defective Products

    • If you receive a defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification.

  5. No Refunds

    • Please note, no refunds are issued under any circumstances.
