Exchange Policy
At Amardan, customer satisfaction matters. While we do not provide refunds, we do accept exchanges under the following terms:

Eligibility

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Items purchased on sale/discount, or customized products, are not eligible for exchange.

Process

To initiate an exchange, email us at feedback.amardan@gmail.com with your order details.

Once approved, the item must be shipped back to us at your cost.

After inspection, we will send the replacement product.

Damaged/Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification.

No Refunds
